FIRST COURSE

Capesante

Blackened seared jumbo sea scallops served with kabocha squash soup, crispy speck, taleggio cream, and roasted pistachio.
Paired With: Bodega de Edgar, Albariño


SECOND COURSE

Raviolini di Pini di Branzino

Handmade raviolini filled with branzino, served with lobster butter sauce, heirloom tomatoes, micro arugula, and lemon EVOO.
Paired With: Kings of Kali, Chardonnay


THIRD COURSE

Spaghetti al Ragù d’Anatra

Homemade spaghetti served with duck ragù, Parmigiano Reggiano, and truffle oil.
 Paired With: Straight Out of Paso, Cabernet Sauvignon


FOURTH COURSE

Costole di Manzo

Braised short ribs in Tempranillo wine, served over golden Yukon potato mash and crispy leeks.
Paired With: Bodega de Edgar, Tempranillo 2020


FIFTH COURSE

Formaggi Misti

A trio of cheeses — robiola due latti, gorgonzola with honey, and homemade fig marmellata — served with Piemonte hazelnuts and EVOO crostini.
 Paired With: Bodega de Edgar, El Carbonero (Rhone Blend)
