Join Chef Marzano in the kitchen for an engaging 60–90 minute cooking class. You'll be welcomed with a complimentary glass of Prosecco before diving into the experience. Guests are invited to roll up their sleeves for the hands-on portion, or simply sit back, relax, and observe. After the class, enjoy a seated meal featuring the delicious menu you just helped create.
On the Menu:
• Ostriche Gratinate – Baked oysters with spinach, cream, Parmigiano, and crispy speck
• Risotto al Tartufo Bianco – Carnaroli rice with preserved white truffle
• Filetto di Manzo – Black Angus beef tenderloin over roasted fingerling potatoes with porcini red wine demi
• Fragole al Cioccolato – Chocolate-dipped strawberries
• Bonet – Chocolate amaretto custard
