Join Chef Marzano for an engaging 60–90 minute cooking class where you'll learn timeless techniques and seasonal recipes inspired by the Italian holiday table. Enjoy a complimentary glass of Prosecco upon arrival before choosing to roll up your sleeves for the hands-on experience or simply relax and observe. After class, sit down and enjoy a delicious lunch featuring the dishes you've just learned to prepare.

On the Menu:

• Polentine – Creamy Italian polenta, prepared the traditional way.
• Tortelli di Zucca – Handmade pasta filled with butternut squash in a fragrant sage butter sauce.
• Roasted Prime Rib – Slow-roasted prime rib served with rosemary roasted potatoes.
• Tiramisu – Italy's beloved classic dessert layered with espresso-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cream.
