November Cooking Class

Learn to cook Italian-inspired Thanksgiving dishes with Chef Marzano.

• Polentine — polenta cups filled with gorgonzola, speck & pine nuts
• Tortelli Di Zucca — butternut squash pasta in butter sage Parmigiano sauce
• Tacchino Ai Porcini — porcini-rub roasted turkey with rosemary & fingerling potatoes
• Panna Cotta — with strawberry coulis
