Join Chef Marzano in the kitchen for an engaging 60–90 minute cooking class. You'll be welcomed with a complimentary glass of Prosecco before diving into the experience. Guests are invited to roll up their sleeves for the hands-on portion, or simply sit back, relax, and observe. After the class, enjoy a seated meal featuring the delicious menu you just helped create.
On the Menu:
• Caprese – Buffalo mozzarella and heirloom tomatoes with basil and extra virgin olive oil
• Marinara Sauce – Classic tomato sauce from scratch
• Pizza Dough Production – Learn proper mixing, fermenting, and stretching techniques
• Pizza Margherita – Tomato, mozzarella, and basil
• Pepperoni & Sausage Pizza – A crowd favorite
• Nutella Pizza – Sweet finish
