Join Chef Marzano in the kitchen for an engaging 60–90 minute cooking class showcasing the rich culinary traditions of Piemonte, one of Italy’s most celebrated food and wine regions. You'll be welcomed with a complimentary glass of Prosecco before diving into the experience. Guests are invited to roll up their sleeves for the hands-on portion, or simply sit back, relax, and observe. After the class, enjoy a seated meal featuring the delicious menu you just helped create.

On the Menu:
• Pork Loin Tonnato – A classic Piedmontese specialty
• Gnocchi di Patate – Potato gnocchi with creamy Fontina cheese sauce
• Brasato Al Nebbiolo – Beef braised for three hours in Nebbiolo wine and vegetables
• Panna Cotta – Served with mixed berry macedonia
