Sardinia salad
Seafood and fregola. 

Gnocchetti sardi with sausage and fennel ragu. 

Roast suckling pig with fingerling potatoes. 

Big ravioli fritters filled with sheep ricotta and lemon zest, served with honey. 

What happens:

Chef Marzano invites you behind the scenes to learn some of his favorite recipes. Receive 1 ½ hours instruction and then sit down together to enjoy the meal you’ve just made!
