This special seasonal class features elegant Italian dishes perfect for honoring the women who bring warmth to our tables. Chef Marzano will guide guests step-by-step through refined yet approachable recipes that blend vibrant spring ingredients with classic Italian technique.

Whether you're cooking alongside Mom or learning to recreate these dishes for her at home, this experience is designed to be interactive, celebratory, and unforgettable.

🍽 What You’ll Learn to Prepare

• Romanesco Cauliflower – Pan sautéed cauliflower with Taggiasca olives, mixed heirloom tomatoes, roasted garlic, and Parmigiano shavings

• Tortelli di Spinaci e Ricotta – Homemade pasta filled with spinach and ricotta in a cream Parmigiano sauce

• Chicken Saltimbocca – Chicken breast topped with sage and prosciutto in a white wine sauce

• Strawberry Shortcake
