Join Chef Marzano for an intimate, hands-on cooking class featuring recipes from Italy’s Lombardia region. Spend the morning learning how to prepare a multi-course Italian meal, followed by a sit-down lunch to enjoy everything you’ve created together.

Menu Includes:

• Bresaola Con Taleggio — Air dried salted beef with taleggio cheese, arugula, and lemon EVOO

• Risotto alla Milanese

• Ossobuco in Gremolada

• Salame di Cioccolato (Chocolate Salami)
