Celebrate Father's Day weekend with Chef Marzano during an engaging 60–90 minute cooking class featuring bold Italian flavors perfect for the occasion. You'll be welcomed with a complimentary glass of Prosecco before diving into the experience. Guests are invited to roll up their sleeves for the hands-on portion, or simply sit back, relax, and observe. After the class, enjoy a seated meal featuring the delicious menu you just helped create.
On the Menu:
• Arancini – Fried saffron risotto balls stuffed with ham and Fontina cheese
• Crostini Di Carciofi – Artichoke purée, mozzarella, and roasted cherry tomatoes
• Costoletta D'Agnello Scottadito – Grilled lamb chop with charred cherry tomato
• Patate Arrosto – Roasted fingerling potatoes
• Mixed Berry Panna Cotta – Classic Italian custard topped with seasonal berries
