Join Chef Marzano in the kitchen for an engaging 60–90 minute cooking class. You'll be welcomed with a complimentary glass of Prosecco before diving into the experience. Guests are invited to roll up their sleeves for the hands-on portion, or simply sit back, relax, and observe. After the class, enjoy a seated meal featuring the festive menu you just helped create.

On the Menu:
• Bruschetta di Puree di Cannellini – Cannellini beans, shrimp, fennel & grape tomatoes
• Insalata Natalizia – Endive, apple, grilled corn, arugula, gorgonzola, glazed walnuts & citrus aged balsamic condiment
• Ravioli del Plin – Mini ravioli filled with beef, chicken & veal, served in veal truffle demi & Parmigiano
• Costata di Maiale Organico – Roasted organic Korobuta rack of pork with rosemary, garlic, fennel pollen & roasted baby potatoes
• Panettone – Served with Prosecco zabaione
