In this immersive cooking class, Chef Marzano will guide you step-by-step through the preparation of Osteria Marzano’s signature classics. Learn the techniques, tips, and traditions behind the dishes our guests return for again and again.
From our iconic giant Polpette to traditional Lasagna layered with rich Bolognese and besciamella, this class celebrates comforting Italian cuisine done the right way.
