Join Chef Marzano in the kitchen for an engaging 60–90 minute cooking class featuring recipes inspired by his mother's Calabrian heritage. You'll be welcomed with a complimentary glass of Prosecco before diving into the experience. Guests are invited to roll up their sleeves for the hands-on portion, or simply sit back, relax, and observe. After the class, enjoy a seated meal featuring the delicious menu you just helped create.
On the Menu:
• Crostini Di Pane – Toasted bread topped with spicy ’Nduja and Pecorino cheese
• Maccheroni Al Ferretto Al Sugo D’Agnello – Handmade Calabrian pasta served with lamb ragù
• Granita Al Caffè – Traditional coffee granita with Chantilly cream
