Chef Marzano's Birthplace, Calabria!

- Crostini Di Pane with ‘Nduja and Pecorino Crotonese

- Maccheroni Al Ferretto  Al Sugo D’Agnello: A handmade pasta originating from Calabria. You will also learn to make Chef's favorite lamb ragu which beautifully compliments this type of pasta.

- Granita al Caffe: An Italian ice dessert made with espresso and chantilly cream.

What happens:

Chef Marzano invites you behind the scenes to learn some of his favorite recipes. Receive 1 ½ hours instruction and then sit down together to enjoy the meal you’ve just made!
